Duties
- Set up bar for operation, obtain cash bank and stocks service bar.
- Assures an adequate stock level is maintained, sets up storeroom and work area to permit easy access to stock items.
- Keep bar and work area clean and sanitary.
- Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated, resolves the problem or seeks assistance in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment

- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Physical Effort: Work requires light to moderate physical effort May at times, lift and moves item weighing up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 40 pounds with assistance. Work requires constant standing and walking, reaching and stooping
- Work schedule may be irregular. The incumbent may be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays and/or special events.
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a physical and Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.

Qualification Requirements:
Applicant must:
1. Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment.
2. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
3. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
4. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Are those candidates that possess both the minimum qualifications above and all of the following:
- Those who possess or are currently pursuing a Bartender Certification
