You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in the Federal service which includes assisting with developing command budget policies; analyzing the budgetary impact of new or revised legislation, policies, and/or procedures; and serving as a financial consultant to management on issues such as: budgeting strategies, use of financial management products, resource distribution, program priorities, financial forecasts, and/or development of long-range financial plans. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
