Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manpower and force management analysis, including budgeting, allocation, and documentation processes.
• Advise on full-time resource allocation and management for both Army and Air sectors.
• Analyze military structures and allocate manpower resources according to operational needs and state priorities.
• Develop annual obligation plans by reviewing Military Technician voucher allocations.
• Perform budget analysis, comparing actual expenditures to planned utilization.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Office (HRO) to propose organizational structures and manage realignments.
• Identify and address resource deficits and provide policy recommendations.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Valid state driver's license may be required.
• Ability to obtain relevant security clearance within one year.
• Availability to work irregular hours and travel when necessary.

Qualifications

General Experience

• Proven skills in problem-solving, effective communication, and work organization.
• Experience in finance budget management or relevant field.
• Ability to analyze and follow complex instructions and procedures.

Specialized Experience

• Minimum one year of specialized experience in budget analysis or equivalent education/training is required.
• Understanding of National Guard financial regulations is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are considered.
