Duties
- Manages a business activity.
- Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
- Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending
improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
- Must possess a basic knowledge of bowling

Highly Qualified Criteria:
1. Possess supervisory experience in food operations, to include contract management and production planning
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in the following systems: Microsoft, RecTrac and VeriFone, FoodTrak.
3. Two (2) year demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budget development and execution, food and labor cost management, management and training of employees, and menu/pricing menu development
4. Two (2) years demonstrable experience in the development and execution in marketing and programming events
5. Possess at least (2) years of working in or managing both a catering operation and a quick serve style operation (snack bar / coffee shop / Grab and go).
