Duties
- Manages a business activity.
- Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
- Represents the activity to the public.
Requirements
Conditions of Employment
- This position has an occasional driving requirement in support of the activity. Incumbent must have the ability to obtain and maintain both a valid USAREUR driver's license and a TMP license.
- Subject to rotating shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Qualifications
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
Highly Qualified Criteria:
1. Bartending experience.
2. Experience with RecTrac or similar POS systems.
3. Experience with Daily Activity Reports or similar accounting and inventory reports.
