Duties
Plans and executes guest services and events, utilizing either coordinated in-house resources or external contractors. Manages and oversee multiple concessionaire vendors while maintaining strategic communication with leadership. Proactively promotes concessions offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue growth. Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc. Supervises assigned staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and various hours of the day and week when required.
- Must be able to obtain a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) certification within 6 months of employment.
- Must be able to obtain a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) caller certification within 6 months of employment.
- Must be able to obtain a Government Purchase Card (GPC) within 6 months of employment.
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities (KSAs) as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Must communicate clearly & effectively both orally and in writing
- Have working experience in customer service
- Be able to work independently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- Served as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Held a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) certification
- Knowledge of Government Purchase Card (GPC) regulations

Area of Consideration:
- This job is open to candidates who live in this commuting area (the Island of Oahu). If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered. If you reside outside of the local commuting area, relocation costs will be at your expense.
PCS Costs:
- Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized based upon a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government interest.
Allowances and Differentials:
- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
