Duties
- Manages a large business activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
- Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment.
- Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
- Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications
Standard Qualifications:
- Work Experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business to be managed
Highly Qualified:
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience with the use of both the Military Ticket Program and Joint Service Travel Program
- Knowledge and understanding of NAF accounting, personnel management, internal control program, and business operating standards
- Minimum of one (1) year experience completing and reviewing Daily Activity Reports
- Understanding of and training with Government Purchase Card Program
- Minimum of one (1) year experience with and training utilizing Standardized NAF Contracting System (SNACS)
- Basic knowledge on upkeep and maintenance on bounce houses, canoes, kayaks, campers, canopies, and other related outdoor recreation equipment.
