Qualifications
Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business to be managed (i.e., a facility that provides catering services on and off site, a full-service food and Beverage operation that offers catering or similar services, a consolidated club with food and beverage operations, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e., restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
2. The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required (i.e., ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program).
