Qualifications
Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
Highly Preferred
- Possess a minimum of 6 moths experience with Rec Trac, Inventory Maintenance Food and Beverage Sales
- Possess knowledge of special events planning and menu creation and pricing
- Knowledge of Bowling and experience of bowling rules
- Basic knowledge of Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP) procedures
