Conditions of employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- Willing to work rotating shifts that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical examination and immunization.
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification Criteria:
- Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (Banquet, Conference Center, Community Club, Catered Special Events) to be managed.
- Manage and fulfill the duties listed under duties and requirements
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess
ALL of the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified"
Highly Qualified Criteria:
- Possess supervisory experience in catering and conference operations, to include contract management and production planning within the last 5 years.
- Possess a minimum of four (4) years' experience, background in the Food and Beverage industry, to include two (2) years as a manager within the last five (5) years.
- Possess two (2) years of demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budget development and execution, food and labor cost management, management and training of employees, and menu/pricing menu development.
- Possess two (2) years of demonstrable experience in the development and execution in marketing and programming events within the last 5 years.
- Possess at least (2) years of working in or managing both a catering operation and a quick serve style operation (coffee shop / Grab and go).

PCS Costs

Allowances and Differentials
- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
