Duties
- Through subordinate activity managers, is responsible for overall management and direction of the Directorate, Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Business Division at a large garrison.
- Provides policies and guidance to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
- Implements, enforces, and ensures compliance with regulations to provide aggressive community business program which meets the needs and interests of the military community.
- Provides sound leadership and supervision to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
- Reviews program objectives and priorities, and develops five-year plan with Capitol Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) and Annual Operating Budgets covering projected programs of division resources.

- The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required.
- Required to file a Confidential Statement of Affiliations and Financial Interest in accordance with requirements of DODD 5500.7 Joint Ethics Regulation.
- Be generally available to work irregular hours, evenings and/or weekends.
- Perform duties that involve working in an indoor and outdoor environment.
- Successful completion of training requirements within the prescribed time frame and demonstrated on the job competence is required.
Qualifications
Work experience directing/managing one or more DFMWR Business Operations activities for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year.
NOTE TO USERS: SIZE OF INSTALLATION MUST BE DETERMINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH IMCOM'S STANDARD GARRISON ORGANIZATION (SGO).
Highly Preferred:
Must possess (1) year of work experience directing/managing, at the NF-04 level, one or more FMWR Business Operation(s).
