Duties
- Through subordinate activity managers, is responsible for overall management and direction of the Directorate, Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation (D,FMWR) Business Division at a large garrison
- Responsible for overall management of fiscal resources and direction of the D,FMWR Community Recreation Division at a large garrison. Directs, develops and administers plans and procedures.
- Provides leadership and supervision, and communicates mission and organization goals to subordinates.
- Reviews program objectives and priorities, and develops five-year plan with Capitol Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) and Annual Operating Budgets covering projected programs of division resources.
- Coordinates and markets program within the community. Develops policy and strategic plans addressing resources, facilities, and programs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one (1) year.

Highly Preferred Criteria:
1. Three (3) years of supervisory experience managing Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) civilian personnel.
AND
2. Three (3) years or more experience with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) budget planning and execution to include Capital Purchase and Minor Construction.
AND
3. Three (3) or more years of experience utilizing a Point-of-Sale system to manage inventories and accounting reports.
