Qualifications
1. Work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year.
Best Qualified Criteria
1. Possesses (3) three or more years of Recreation or Business experience, to include program, facility, and leadership management or oversight. Experience should include Army garrison or similar operational organization management and/or region level.
2. Possesses (3) three or more years of knowledge and experience in resource (APF & NAF) management policies governing personnel, programs and facilities.
3. Possesses (3) three or more years of strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
4. Possesses (3) three or more years of developing and presenting briefings to senior leaders, as well as write staff papers and formulate plans.
5. Possesses (3) three or more years of experience in development and analysis of facility plans, contracts and specifications
(Statements of Work, etc).
