1. Progressively responsible experience performing related duties, which demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of this position.
2. Experience in a supervisory capacity is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of the goals, concepts and techniques of a community activities program, including recreation, sports, entertainment and art, and of general management and business operations of various facilities is required.
