Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
1. Demonstrating Senior level experience of civilian and military manpower management laws, regulations, policies and precedents to effectively manage the organization's military and civilian manpower and staffing programs;
2. Successfully overseeing manpower staffing timelines for resourcing using knowledge of financial and budgeting cycles and resource allocation rules, regulations and processes;
3. Exhibiting knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents that affect the delivery of civilian and military manpower, overseas/foreign national, and civilian personnel capabilities;
4. Effectively overseeing military and civilian personnel responsible for executing the manpower and personnel functions affecting the entire headquarters level and external joint subordinate commands throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility through expert knowledge of leadership, management and personnel administrative rules (military and civilian), regulations, and concepts.
