Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Administering and managing civilian programs and resource management requirements; 2) Providing technical support and services to managers and employees on civilian personnel functions such as recruitment, staffing, position management and classification, compensation, employee development and training, leadership development, performance management, employee entitlements and awards, new hire pre-processing and in-processing, permanent change of station, etc.; 3) Issuing guidance on civilian personnel policies and programs; and 4) Reviewing, analyzing, developing, and coordinating policies, strategies and courses of action on civilian personnel programs
