To qualify for a
GS-09, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience demonstrating knowledge of the CMS-3A AMD-1, CMS-1A AMD-1, KMI 5510, Department of the Navy Information Security Program Regulations (SECNAVINST 5510.30 (series) / SECNAVINST 5510.36) sufficient to be aware of and perform all operational and administrative functions of a KMI Operating Account.
- Experience displaying a working knowledge and understanding of the organization of the Navy Department, interdepartmental relations, the fleet and force organization, and Navy lines of authority sufficient to report all COMSEC matters to the proper authority.
- Experience utilizing naval correspondence procedures and practices, directives issuance system, and proper administrative protocols sufficient to remain aware of constant CMS policy updates and NCMS directive.
- Experience applying rules and instructions pertaining to security control and storage measures in the protection of classified materials sufficient to ensure adequate security measures are in place to ensure there are no practice to prevent unauthorized access to COMSEC material while adhering to Two Person Integrity (TPI) requirements when applicable.
- Experience using proper grammar, capitalization, spelling punctuation, and proficient skills in oral and written communication.
GS-11
To qualify for a
