Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing administrative work to provide material, services, equipment, and contract support for construction projects; 2) Negotiating and administering construction contracts to ensure specifications and quality assurance are in compliance; 3) Oversee maintenance and construction projects (e.g., estimating, planning, execution) to provide quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of facilities maintenance projects and services; and 4) Applying the principles, methods, and tools of quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, and reliability used to ensure that a project, system, or product meets requirements and standards.
