Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Mastery of the application of a wide range of advanced concepts, principles and practices in construction management/engineering technology that enables you to serve as an expert in the complex construction.
2) Analyze findings and make recommendations on substantive construction projects.
3) Apply the policies and procedures of the functional and administrative areas such as contracting, finance and accounting, budget, counsel, information management, etc., to coordinator and resolve questions/problems.
4) Use Computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, electronic mail, Internet, and database software
A fundamental knowledge of computer.
