Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Knowledge, skills and abilities to provide program management, contract administration and technical counsel to superiors and upper management.
Must have knowledge and skill or be able to attain specific training as a Navy Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) or Navy Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Qualification and designation as COR.
Experience and broad knowledge and understanding of the entire support system needed to sustain flight crew training operations and maintenance which use complex training systems such as computer-based training systems, flight simulators, and electronic classroom aids.
Knowledge, skills and abilities in the fields of aeronautics, management, contracting, and logistics.
Knowledge and competency with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) arid aircrew training systems. Oral and written communications skills.
Experience using MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
