Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Work experience which includes:
1. Interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems.
2. Interpreting balance sheet and profit and loss statement results.
3. Applying commercial budgeting techniques.
4. Supervisory experience directing technical and professional financial management operations.
HIGHLY PREFERRED/HIGHLY QUALIFIED:
1. Must possess three to five years' experience in directing the preparation, analysis, justification and execution of operating budgets, construction budgets and Capital purchases within the last five years, and
2. Must possess three to five years' experience in non-appropriated fund (NAF) procurement functions within the last five years, and
3. Must possess three to five years' experience in executing administrative and personnel management responsibilities related to the accomplishment of the assigned mission.
