You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position based on experience your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 or equivalent) level in the Federal Service which includes: 1) Performing program oversight to include: Executive Leadership, Program Execution, Technical Management, and or Business Management and transforming PEO Enterprise into a fully agile acquisition organization; 2) Developing Command management policies, planning, requirements and or direction to deliver enterprise driving Army dominance; AND 3) Performing full range of administrative and technical supervisor duties of too include: assigning work, managing performance, hiring, and/or guiding professional development.
The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 or GS-13 equivalent.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
