Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Programs maximize the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the fleet, fighter, and family. FFR supports a ready Navy through Fleet Readiness, Family Readiness, and Housing Programs, providing services to non-appropriated fund (NAF) employees working in Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) programs worldwide.
Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP) professionals make a difference every day in the lives of military families. By ensuring children are safe, confident, and well cared for, CYP helps service members focus on their responsibilities. CYP operates in 19 states, including Hawaii, and in locations such as Bahrain, Cuba, Guam, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Spain.
CYP Employee Discounts: Eligible Navy CYP employees receive 100% off the fee for their first enrolled child and 25% off each additional child. The 100% discount applies to the child with the highest fee. If a household has two CYP employees, each may receive 100% off for one child and 25% off additional children. Discounts apply to full- or part-time enrollment in Child Development Centers, 24/7 Centers, School Age Care, or Family Child Care. Eligible staff must work an average of at least 15 hours per week.
