  • Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct individual and group short-term therapy sessions.
    • Perform psychological assessments for patients with diverse psychological disorders.
    • Oversee and document clinical treatment plans and records.
    • Provide expert training in diagnosis and treatment to counselors and interns.
    • Offer consultation regarding psychological testing.

    Requirements

    • Eligible for a Secret security clearance, including a background investigation and credit check.
    • Consent to seasonal influenza vaccinations or provide exemption.
    • Undergo pre-employment and random drug testing.
    • Complete a pre-placement medical examination.
    • Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Meet credentialing requirements and maintain clinical privileges.

    Qualifications

    To qualify as a Clinical Psychologist, you must have:

    • A Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in clinical psychology.
    • One year of specialized experience with adult treatment populations, including bio-psychosocial evaluations, psychological counseling, and development of treatment plans.
    • A current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to independently practice psychology.

    Additional considerations may include relevant experiences, such as work with National Service programs or volunteer work.

    Employment Conditions

    • Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
    • Must complete a trial/probationary period.
    • Position may require work on weekends or holidays.
    • Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
