Position Overview:

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a full range of patients with various mental health disorders. Your expertise will contribute to program education, process improvements, and managed care processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mental health services in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
- Oversee and participate in program education and improvement functions as assigned.
- Provide training and supervision to mental health providers and assist in managing complex cases.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership.
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to treatment planning for patient and family health.
- Maintain both paper and electronic medical records, ensuring accurate data management.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
- One year of specialized experience, such as administering and interpreting psychological tests, evaluating program effectiveness, and conducting therapeutic interventions.
- An active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice psychology independently in the U.S.
Additional Requirements:
- Secret security clearance eligibility is required.
- Seasonal flu vaccination, or a recognized exemption, is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Compliance with immunization screening, including Hepatitis B for direct patient contact.
- Subject to pre-employment drug screening and random testing as a condition of employment.
