Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health services. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a full range of patients with various mental health disorders. Your expertise will contribute to program education, process improvements, and managed care processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mental health services in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
  • Oversee and participate in program education and improvement functions as assigned.
  • Provide training and supervision to mental health providers and assist in managing complex cases.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership.
  • Participate in care conferences and contribute to treatment planning for patient and family health.
  • Maintain both paper and electronic medical records, ensuring accurate data management.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
  • One year of specialized experience, such as administering and interpreting psychological tests, evaluating program effectiveness, and conducting therapeutic interventions.
  • An active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice psychology independently in the U.S.

Additional Requirements:

  • Secret security clearance eligibility is required.
  • Seasonal flu vaccination, or a recognized exemption, is mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Compliance with immunization screening, including Hepatitis B for direct patient contact.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug screening and random testing as a condition of employment.
