Qualification Requirements:
Demonstrated work experience and ability that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties described above. Experience must have been equivalent to the next lower pay level.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Are those candidates that possess both the minimum qualifications above
and all of the following:
- Have experience handling a large volume of customer inquiries for information or purchases via email, social media, by phone or in-person.
- Possess experience with audio visual aids.
- Knowledgeable in the use of Power Point to prepare presentations to Command.
- Familiar with Excel to present data for financial briefings.
- Possess experience using social media to market or promote an event to a range of two to three thousand customers.
