Minimum Qualifications stated below:
GS-7 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Experience reviewing construction schedules, comparing contractor's claimed progress and daily activities to actual site conditions; and preparing and submitting progress reports of work activities.
OR,
One full year of graduate level education in a field of study directly related to the work of the position.
OR,
Superior academic achievement.
OR
Combination of graduate level education and specialized experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
GS-8 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Experience reviewing construction schedules, comparing contractor's claimed progress and daily activities to actual site conditions; preparing and submitting progress reports of work activities and interpreting contract plans and specifications.
GS-9 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-08 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Experience reviewing construction schedules, comparing contractor's claimed progress and daily activities to actual site conditions; preparing and submitting progress reports of work activities; interpreting contract plans and specifications; preparing project reports; and tracking construction progress and payments.
OR,
2 full years of graduate level education or a Masters Degree in a field of study directly related to the work of this position.
OR,
Combination of graduate level education and specialized experience as described above. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.

Time In Grade
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).
You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
