Work progress, inspections, and supervision require regular and recurring physical exertion involving walking, standing, bending, climbing, etc. The incumbent must be able to climb and work from ladders. Management and administrative work are performed in a sedentary office environment. Must have good vision; glasses and/or contacts are acceptable.
Working Conditions
Maintenance Mechanic, Pipefitting, Air Condition Equipment Mechanic, Electrician, Gardener and Electronic Technician Shops Supervisor must be capable of supervising and performing work that is performed outside in inclement weather or in areas that are very hot, cold or unventilated, such as catwalks, crawlspaces and mechanical rooms. May be exposed to the possibility of cuts, bruises, electrical shock, and other hazards normally encountered in facility maintenance, repairs, and operation. Safety procedures must be followed, and appropriate protective safety gear and personal protective equipment must be worn, as required for the specific work area or task. Incumbent shall ensure all employees wear personal protective equipment as required by the situation.

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities.
