Duties
- Performs all aspects of the contracting transaction form initiation to recommendation of award for the procurement of supplies and services.
- Develops contracting strategy, determines completeness of purchase descriptions, researches alternatives available, compiles bidders' lists, issues solicitation documents and performs a detailed analysis of offers and bids.
- Negotiates prices, clarifies bids/offers with contractors, coordinates contract administration.
- Performs contract administration. Reviews/reconstructs procurement actions worked by subordinate staff Coordinates action with requesting activities.
- May serve as the contracting officer, soliciting, awarding and administering all NAF contracts.

Qualifications
1. Completion of the requirements for a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

2. Work experience that is comparable to a bachelor's degree in fields such as accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management
