Duties

Perform heavy-duty cleaning including industrial floor care (scrub/strip/wax), operating heavy vacuums, and moving furniture.
Ensure strict sanitation in restrooms, showers, saunas, and steam rooms while restocking daily supplies.
Perform high-reach tasks using ladders/scaffolds for fixtures, blinds, and lightbulbs.
Maintain equipment and cleaning inventories to keep facilities safe, orderly, and fully stocked.
Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Conditions of employment

Must pass all applicable records and background check.
Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
Incumbent may be required to lift and move objects up to 40lbs

Knowledge and skill sufficient to read signs, follow simple oral and written instructions

Complete routine duties involving several distinct tasks or steps independently.
Ability to learn Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
