To qualify for a Customer Liaison Representative, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Supporting Military Services planning and exercise programs, projects, and contingency operations including military wartime operations and emergency contract administration, logistics doctrines, policies, procedures and practices.
- Determining, executing and evaluating contract management and logistical programs and exercises through the use of management systems, organizational principles and practices, and programs.
- Using inventory management, contracting, storage and distribution, transportation, property disposal, and the automated logistical information systems.
- Conducting detailed analysis of wartime requirements, formulate feasibility and sustainability assessments, identify problems, recommend solutions, and direct complex studies.
- Briefing senior leaders and highest-level officials on Operational Contract Support, military exercise and operational planning, and/or logistics/contracting operations support.
