Duties
- Check and validate membership cards at entry points. Politely informs individuals who do not meet dress or conduct standards. Ensure guests are aware of and follow facility rules.
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness in common areas and restrooms.
- Regularly patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access. Ensure all doors and gates are secured at the beginning and end of shifts.
Document and report any suspicious activities to management.
- Keeps an accurate log of authorized visitors, noting entry and exit times. Confirm visitor identities against pre-approved lists for secure access. Inform guests about security protocols and check-in procedures.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations, addressing any unauthorized parking as necessary.
- May operate a motor vehicle.

Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess excellent customer services relations skills in order to communicate tactfully with guests to address their needs and inquiries.
- Must have the ability to operate and utilize various safety and electronic equipment relevant to guest well-being and the protection of government property.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
