Must have experience or knowledge in each of the following:
1. Experience working with or knowledge of analysis, trend study, design and construction of business visualization solutions with a strong understanding of, how to produce images that communicate relationships among graphic marks and data values, logical and meaningful data flow, gathering of requirements, and the effective visualization of insights sing different data visualization software such as but not limited to Power BI and Google Charts.
2. Experience working with or knowledge and skill with a wide range of business aspects of financial management, human resources, grant/cooperative agreement, and other mechanisms including regulations, principles of cost planning, earned value management, negotiation techniques, labor-rate analysis; pre-award, award, and post-award requirements; administration and termination; price/cost techniques; data analytics, and forecasting problems.
3. Experience or knowledge of data analytics principles and policies; DoD and NGB fiscal policies and directives.
