TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications.
MTQ #1: Experience as a technical expert and consultant across areas associated with energetic and EOD RDT&E.
MTQ #2: Knowledge of large-scale, complex surface, undersea, air, ground, expeditionary warfare systems and the associated underlying science and engineering disciplines. Knowledge of EOD systems, tools, and methods.
MTQ #3 Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, methodologies, and tools. Knowledge of scientific and engineering disciplines as they are used in technical, mission-oriented organizations operating in energetic environments.
MTQ #4 Broad technical knowledge of ordnance, energetic materials, and their supporting technologies (e.g. manufacturing, modeling & simulation, test & evaluation, safety engineering, and logistics) as they apply to warheads, rockets, CADs, pyrotechnics & special devices, engagement systems, and related components and/or systems.
MTQ #5 Ability to develop and analyze future war-fighting concepts and capabilities.
MTQ #6 Ability to develop complex technical strategies and recommendations.
