Qualifications
Managerial work experience and executive knowledge and ability of the caliber described above.
Highly Qualifying criteria:
1. Must have at least 5 years' work experience supervising Non-Appropriated (NAF) or Appropriated (APF) employees at the branch, division, and/or regional level.
2. Ability to fully exercise all delegated supervisory and managerial authority possible with responsibility for accomplishing the designated mission.
3. Resume must demonstrate and reflect experience in researching and developing policies with emphasis on programs and activities. Working knowledge of DOD policies, SOFA agreements, Army regulations, and baseline standards, ACRRO.
4. Resume must reflect ability to develop a thorough understanding of the mission and objectives in order to conduct in-depth, comprehensive analysis relating to actions, projects and programs, provide recommendations, and make decisions from an overall top management standpoint.
5. Resume must demonstrate thorough knowledge of the organizational structure and relationships of short and long range planning in order to support numerous management programs and to integrate, fully coordinate, balance and monitor a wide variety of complex projects, actions and initiatives.
6. Resume must demonstrate knowledge of general business principles of financial management, including budgeting, cost and profitability, financial reporting, internal controls, auditing, and purchasing, for non-appropriated funds to ensure best use of resources and to plan for operating costs, major and minor construction, renovation, and capital purchases.
7. Resume must reflect skill in presenting briefs and presentations.
8. Ability to solve, improvise, work under pressure and handle crises effectively.
Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Government positions must include pay plan, series, grade, to and from dates, and government agency/department. (All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.)
