Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle; IC organizations - specifically ODNI and NCSC; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development; National Security Council policy process; and guiding authorities, policies, and regulations.
Superior leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build ad hoc and enduring coalitions with IC elements, law enforcement, and Federal partners to achieve common goals.
Superior ability to design and implement integration strategies for IC initiatives and programs.
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, including the superior ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Superior ability to manage strategic and tactical level topics and develop innovative recommendations and solutions for improvement.
Superior ability to listen to, clarify, and convey understanding of others' ideas, comments, and questions as well as to integrate and build upon diverse opinions in a manner that encourages the formation of integrated solutions and positions
Superior interpersonal, organizational, communication, planning, team building, and problem-solving skills; superior ability to leverage professional networks and build coalitions to achieve common goals.
Superior oral and written communication skills, including superior ability to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences with different perspectives and objectives.
Superior ability to understand organizational dynamics and expertly navigate within to define a clear vision for success and advance the mission.
Generally, ten -twelve years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
