Required Documents:
- Letter of application addressing the required KSAs and other qualifications, as listed in the QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED section above.
- Curriculum vitae or résumé.
- Academic transcripts (undergraduate and graduate level). Unofficial transcripts are required with your application submission. You must provide official college transcripts upon request.
- List of at least three disinterested professional references (i.e., persons who can affirm the candidate's qualifications but have no stake in the outcome of the selection).
If you fail to provide these documents, you may be marked as having an incomplete application package and may not be considered any further.
NOTE: If you claim veteran's preference, you must provide documentation to support your claimed preference (i.e. DD-214 member copy 4, or statement of service to include character of service, VA Letter, etc.).
NOTE: Documents submitted as part of the application package, to include supplemental documents, may be shared beyond the Human Resources Office. Some supplemental documents such as military orders and marriage certificates may contain personal information for someone other than you. You may sanitize these documents to remove another person's personal information before you submit your application. You may be asked to provide an un-sanitized version of the documents if you are selected to confirm your eligibility.

Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications. Therefore, provide only the attendance and/or degrees from
schools accredited by accrediting institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
