Summary

The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist operates independently and without direct supervision as the technologist responsible for diagnostic imaging procedures including routine x-ray imaging, portable x-rays, intraoperative x-rays, DEXA exams, and C-arm imaging. The overall responsibility for the performance standards of diagnostic imaging and DEXA are in coordination with the ARRT and JCHO standards.
