This includes, when necessary, the ability to lead people through change and to hold individuals accountable. 5) Achieving Results: This core qualification involves the demonstrated ability to achieve both individual and organizational results, and to align results to stated goals from superiors.
In addition to your ECQs, your resume must show that you possess the mandatory techincal qualfication defined below: Demonstrates leadership skills applying multi-year planning, strategic thinking, and organizational change with focus on installation (base operating) services and community quality of life and harmful prevention programs.
Your 2-page resume also must contain:

In lieu of the embedding ECQs within your resume, current career SES members, reinstatement eligible, and SES Candidate Development Program graduates must provide the documentation listed in item #3.
2. Performance Assessment
(MANDATORY SUBMISSION): Submit ONE of the following: A signed letter of recommendation dated within the last three years that assesses your performance *or* your most recent signed performance appraisal. (Please do not submit any prior appraisals.)
3. Current or former employees
MUST provide an SF-50 showing their status or reinstatement eligibility. SES Candidates who have successfully completed an Office of Personnel Management approved SES Candidate Development Program must submit a copy of their ECQ certification (under other).
