Beyond internal management, you will act as a key representative for the directorate, establishing and maintaining crucial relationships with commanders, directors, and key customers to assess satisfaction and resolve significant challenges. If you are a master of organizational dynamics who excels at translating high-level objectives into concrete action and building a culture of excellence, this is your chance to make a lasting impact on the future of our national security in space.

The candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of developing and implementing goals, policies, and metrics that align with directorate objectives and ensure mission success. They must possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize complex information into high-level briefings and reports suitable for top management. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a strong command of safety and security regulations, a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
