Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Interpreting standards, codes and practices of electrical engineering governing the identification, execution and delivery of technical products and services.
2. Making decisions or recommendations significantly changing, interpreting, or developing important public policies or programs within the design and construction of Medical Treatment Facilities.
3. Providing technical guidance of assigned programs dealing with the acquisition of medical/dental facilities, general policy guidance and administrative direction with assignments in terms of broadly defined missions or functions from the Director, MFPO.
