Duties

  • You will install, repair, replace, modify, load, and test new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, fixtures, panels, switches, breakers, and controls located in and near installation buildings and structures.
  • You will troubleshoot problem areas and inspects for defective equipment and faulty wiring.
  • You will use and maintain various types of hand and/or power tools.
  • You will conduct tests and performs visual inspections on Ordinance Grounding Systems.
  • You will safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Position requires the ability to discern colors, contrast, and depth.
  • Emergency overtime may be required.
  • Work conditions require the employee to drive a government motor vehicle.
  • The employee is required to possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a government driver's license at all times for this position. Government driver's license training will be provided by the government.
