Area 1: Indefinite Wyoming National Guard (NG) WY ANG employees assigned to the 153 MXS.
Area 2: All permanent and indefinite Wyoming Air National Guard (NG) Title 5 and T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Area 4: All current military members of the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Area 6: Current and prior military service members to include the US Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other states' Air National Guard units. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Air National Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
WG-12: To qualify for the WG-12 level, applicants must possess a three-skill level in 2A9X4 with at least 12 months of work experience involving installing, modifying, overhauling, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, aligning, calibrating, and rebuilding multi-system avionics complexes consisting of multiple completely integrated electronic avionics systems where the complex accomplishes several major functions.
WG-13: To qualify for the WG-13 level, applicants must possess a compatible Seven Skill Level in 2A9X4 and at least 12 months of specialized knowledge and skills to perform duties such as, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modifying software controlled automated and manually controlled test stations, electronic circuit maintenance pods, peripherals, support equipment and associated subsystems.
NOTE: Minimum Requirements and Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. Applicants must provide from (e.g., 02/2015 - 03/2017 or Feb 2017 - Mar - 2017)?dates and hours worked per week with description of your specialized experience on the resume.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidates will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment prior to the effective date of placement.

Must possess or be eligible to retrain into AFSC 2A9X4, Heavy Aircraft Integrated Avionics
Enlisted 2A9X4 ASVAB Requirements:
Must possess a minimum score of "65" on the Electronics portion of the ASVAB.

Must be able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted.

Must possess a valid state's driver's license.
