The ability to do the work of an Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic Work Leader with the ability to lead or supervise such asassigning, directing, and reviewing the work of subordinates and evaluate their work performance.Planning, scheduling, and coordinating work operations while solving problems related to the work supervised. Determining material, equipment, and facilities needed while performing a wide variety of other technical and administrative duties required in carrying out responsibilities.Havingthorough knowledge of the application of electronic theories and practices to one or more complex integrated system(s) such as Ship's Control, Ship's Control Station, Tactical Navigation and Ship's Monitoring Systems.Serving as the shop technical authority for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, rebuilding, installing, modifying, aligning, and calibrating complex integrated electronic systems.
