Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include:
1) Using various equipment such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Systems, Enhanced 911 telephone systems, fire and security alarm systems to dispatch necessary personnel and equipment.
2) Obtaining accurate and detailed information during stressful situations to determine required resources needed.
3) Recording pertinent emergency data, events and logs using necessary computer and office equipment.
4) Receiving and processing incoming fire alarms, emergency and non-emergency calls for fire, medical and police assistance.
