SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
For the GS-07 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the
GS-06 grade level in the Federal service which includes technical work in drafting, surveying construction estimating, physical science, mathematics, aerospace, architecture, chemicals, electrical or mechanical systems, mining, petroleum, or nuclear systems AND examining work order requests for repair, modification, conversion, or new construction to be accomplished by small contract; preparing plans, specifications and estimates for the construction, alteration, extension, modification, maintenance and/or repair of real property; producing detailed cost estimates that include elements of cost involved in completion of engineering work, and/or preparing drawing reflecting construction details as appropriate for each engineering project.
For the GS-08 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the
GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes technical work in drafting, surveying construction estimating, physical science, mathematics, aerospace, architecture, chemicals, electrical or mechanical systems, mining, petroleum, or nuclear systems AND examining work order requests for repair, modification, conversion, or new construction to be accomplished by small contract; preparing plans, specifications and estimates for the construction, alteration, extension, modification, maintenance and/or repair of real property; producing detailed cost estimates that include elements of cost involved in completion of engineering work, and/or preparing drawing reflecting construction details as appropriate for each engineering project.
