- This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.

- Financial Disclosure: In accordance with the Ethics in Government Act 1978, employee is required to file an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon appointment and will be required to file annually.

Qualifications
You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the
GS-07 for GS-9 and
GS-9 for GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for GS-9 is defined as:
- Analyzing drawings and specifications for projects
- Coordinating and negotiating with contractors.
Specialized experience for GS-11 is defined as:
- Developing and interpreting drawings and blueprints
- Experience recommending solutions to resolve problems
- Managing contracts and contractors.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
GS-9 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Masters degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed higher-level graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements.
GS-11 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed higher-level graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements.Official Transcripts: If the position you are applying for has a positive degree requirement or education forms the basis for qualifications (i.e. you would not qualify without the education obtained), you MUST submit transcripts with your application.

- FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in a conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying or prior to appointment as outlined above.
- Qualifying education from colleges and universities in foreign countries must be evaluated in terms of equivalency to that acquired in U.S. colleges and universities. Applicants educated in whole or in part in foreign countries must submit sufficient evidence, including transcripts, to an accredited private organization for an equivalency evaluation of course work and degree. You must provide a copy of the letter containing the results of the equivalency evaluation upon request. Failure to provide such documentation when requested will result in lost consideration.

Next steps
Once the online questionnaire is received you will receive an acknowledgement email that your submission was successful. The questionnaire will assess your qualifications for the job, and will be used to identify the best qualified applicants to be referred to the hiring manager for further consideration and possible interviews.
