Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1.Examines and investigates work requests or orders, sketches, blueprints, and other specifications to ensure accuracy.
2.Participates in design conferences with the high-ranking personnel to explain contents of project scopes, objectives, alternatives, special construction procedures, and environmental regulations and develops plans and specifications.
3. Experience with supporting contracting officers to determine acceptance and payment for contract studies/reports, project designs and programs prepared by various agencies and private contractors.
4.Prepares technical drawings and sketches reflecting construction details and designates other engineering plans, blueprints and sketches required and provides liaison for their preparation and issuance.
5.Provides technical recommendations to the acquisition planning process for categories III and IV repair and construction projects.
