Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Reviewing and enforcing the management of the contractor's quality control and safety program to assure adherence to contract requirements; 2) Reviewing and discussing Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) and Accident Prevention Plans with contractors prior to beginning each work activity in accordance with quality control; 3) Ensuring project progresses on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with all applicable technical, safety and quality control requirements; 4) Performing technical engineering assignments, construction quality management, quality assurance planning, quality control, project partnering, and construction safety practices; and 5) Reviewing contractor invoices for accuracy against actual work performed. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume
