You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing the implementation of a specific type of critical software that is used to generate design documents; experience in managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) processes including implementing new standards, software, leading multi-disciplined teams, providing technical direction and guidance, trouble-shooting, preparation of operating protocol, etc; experience in the integration of BIM and Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) into business, design practices, processes, leading teams in 3D coordination and document development; and a well versed working knowledge of REVIT, Inventor, AutoCAD, Civil 3D Navisworks, MicroStation and ProjectWise (or similar) software. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
